Parimatch License
Parimatch operates under a licence issued by the Curacao Gaming Authority (CGA), one of the most recognised regulatory bodies in the online gaming industry. The licence authorises the platform to offer sports betting and gaming services across permitted territories, subject to strict compliance obligations covering fair play, data protection, and financial security. This regulatory framework aligns with international gambling standards and ensures that all operations are conducted with transparency and accountability toward every user.

Waiver of Brand Ownership
Parimatch, as a brand, is not the owner of companies licensed by the Curacao Gaming Authority and does not manage or administer those entities. The brand holds no financial, managerial, or operational interest in any separately licensed company operating under the Curacao framework, and it has no capacity to influence or direct the decisions made by those companies. No responsibility is accepted for the conduct, actions, or regulatory violations of such entities. Any complaints, claims, or inquiries related to those companies must be directed to the relevant licensed operator or to the Curacao Gaming Authority directly.
Licence Verification System
A licence verification system is available to all users, allowing confirmation of the platform’s current regulatory status and the authenticity of its gaming licence. This system functions as a digital status-check tool provided and maintained by the Curacao Gaming Authority. All texts, images, seal graphics, and associated materials displayed within the verification interface are the exclusive property of the regulator and are protected under applicable copyright law. Commercial use, reproduction, or redistribution of these materials by any third party is strictly prohibited, and improper use may result in civil or criminal penalties under the relevant jurisdiction.
Trademarks
All trademarks, logos, and commercial identifiers displayed on the Parimatch website and mobile applications are protected assets belonging to the licence holder or the relevant regulatory authority. Brand protection extends beyond registered trademarks and domain names to encompass all distinctive elements associated with the brand’s visual identity, including colour schemes, typographic styles, and other brand-style components. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or imitation of any protected identifier is strictly prohibited and may result in legal liability under applicable intellectual property law.
